Inheritance Law is all of the rules that regulate the fate of the rights and debts and other legal relations of a person who we call the inheritor, which do not end with his death. In other words, the Law of Inheritance regulates who will succeed the deceased in terms of the aforementioned situations, and who will be his/her successor due to death (mortis causa).

Within this framework;

• Effective legal support is provided to ensure the best possible outcome in, as testamentary dispositions, preparation of a will, preparation of an inheritance contract, revocation, destruction or annulment of such dispositions;

• Execution of inheritance procedures such as opening the inheritance, taking necessary measures for the protection of the estate and disputes arising from the property status between the heirs; and

• in all other disputes and litigation matters in the field of inheritance law.
